Watches that are brand new (never worn or no signs
of wear) can be returned for credit
up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If the
product is shipped in error or found to be
defective in workmanship or materials upon receipt,
the product will be replaced. If you
would like to return a purchased product for any
reason, please keep in original condition
with the original packaging.
We do
not sell used watches and will not accept returns or
exchanges that show any signs
of wear. Under no circumstances will a used watch be
eligible for a refund. Items that are
in the original condition with the original
packaging and warranty papers can be returned
within 30 days of purchase to us for credit or
refund for the product amount or an
exchange. Exchanges will be charged our normal
shipping charges for the shipping area
concerned. We do not credit shipping charges in
cases of returned or exchanged
merchandise.

All returns must have a return authorization number.
Watches that are returned without a
return authorization number will be assessed a 20%
restocking fee and may be refused at
our option.
Ship returned items prepaid and insured to the
address shown on your packing slip. The
packing slip must be enclosed, stating a reason for
the return. We will not accept any
returns for any reason after 30 days of purchase. We
do not accept COD packages. All
merchandise is covered by standard manufacturer’s
warranties. All items are inspected
prior to shipment.
Brand new (never worn, no signs of wear) merchandise
can be exchanged within 30 days
from the date of delivery. Please return the watch
with a note requesting which watch you
would like to exchange it for and what shipping
option you require. Once we get your
package we will email you that we have received it.
The 20% restocking fee will be
waived if the exchange watch is equal or greater
than the original watch. We will charge
your card we have on file for the difference of the
exchange and whatever freight options
you chose. Please mark exchange on the package. |
