Every
watch sold by Timepiece Mart is covered by a
warranty – either by the
manufacturer or our service center. The specific
warranty details that pertain to your
watch are enclosed with each watch purchased.
Used
defective watches must be sent to the address on the
warranty card only. Watches
sent back to Timepiece Mart instead of
directly to the address shown on the warranty
card will be assessed a $10 service charge that will
be billed to your credit card on
record. If there are any doubts as to where to send
the watch please
email
sales@timepiecemart.com for clarification.
Timepiece Mart is not in the repair
business, therefore the company named on the
warranty is your best choice for service.
Brand
new defective watches (never worn, no signs of wear)
can be sent back to
Timepiece Mart within 30 days for rapid replacement.
Please email us for return instructions.
We hope this never happens but if it
does, please send the watch to
Timepiece Mart the least expensive way you can.
Sorry, freight charges to Timepiece Mart are
never refundable. |
